This may be a stupid question, but can different breeds of monkey/primate breed?

There are many different combinations of dogs, cats, horses/cows, etc., but why don't we hear about different monkey mixes (EG: Chimp + Orangutan)? I Googled around and it doesn't seem to happen. I probably sound really dumb right now but I'm just confused. Thank you :-)
