Stained my brand new satin sheets :(?

I got a moderate amount of blood on my bed sheets and need help removing the stain. The sheets are brand new and 100% satin. I would prefer not taking the sheets to the dry cleaners. Not sure if it matters, but it is orangutan blood. If anyone has any idea on how to salvage the sheets I'd truly appreciate it.
