I have a 1992 honda civic with stock headlights and i want brighter ones. what should i get?

i have a 1992 honda civic 4 door lx sedan. i currently have the stock headlights and i want to get brighter ones. i know i can go get some nice sylvan bulbs and replace my stock ones and they will be brighter. but im interested in the black housing halo ring projector lights. do they have built in bulbs? or do they make special bulbs for them?
