Worthwhile charities?

Hands.org they are all hands disaster relief. They have worked in New Orleans, Mississippi, Haiti, Indonesia, and they are sending an assessment team to Japan today. They provide volunteers with food and shelter in exchange for work, and they clean up after disasters and help to rebuild. I've worked with them and they are fantastic.
