first, its not tape, but 16mm motion picture film (1/2 inch film width). popular 16mm film cameras were Argus, Kodak, Bolex, Arriflex, and Panavision. Hollywood movies are rarely shot on 16mm film, the most common formats are 35mm and 65mm. Sometimes distribution copies are later made to 16mm for projection at theaters in small whistlestop towns, or for enjoyment at home, like in the picture of your link.
