Send video from one PC over network to another in same home?

I understand what your trying to do! and i had to do it myself. I couldn't find a program but i did find a web page that will do the same thing. but you will need a high speed internet connection and you will have to pay for the service but then you can access you host computer anywhere in the world with an internet connection its called "go to my pc"
