If my warranty sticker on my new LCD projector is broken, do I still have the warranty on it?

Should it require repair, the service shop is within its rights to charge you to fix it. They may, however, honour the warranty if you tell them that the sticker broke and you haven't been inside the unit. (They may, or may not, choose to believe you.)
