How can I hook my Turtle Beach px21 to my Onkyo receiver?

I have my ps3 hooked up through my Onkyo 3008 receiver via HDMI cable which goes out HDMI to my Epson projector. I am trying to hook up my headset to the ps3 but i do not see and audio out...
