Epson 8100 lamp issue! Need help!!?

I have an Epson 8100 projector that isn't working right. The lamp has been used for a total of 362 hours as of last nite. I turned it off and went to sleep. When i woke up i went to work and came home hours later. Now it is flashing its lamp light red saying i need a new bulb. But it has a life of 4000 hours. It wont turn on at all, and never showed any warning messages or anything. How do i make it turn back on?!
